SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

We will charge USD$ 5 for shipping on every order. But if your order is over USD$ 69, we will not charge shipping fee. When your order is over USD$ 69, free shipping will be automatically selected, please don't worry.

Generally speaking, your package will be shipped from our warehouse in California or China. It depends on our inventory and shipping conditions.

At present, the countries or regions we mainly serve are: North America Europe **If you are not in these two major regions, you can contact us by email here about shipping and shipping costs.

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email, or you may view your order and shipping information by signing into your Hellomamma account.

Yes! Please select the flag icon in the top right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

If you believe your package is lost, email us right away at hellomammamarketing@gmail.com so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date. Kindly note if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

We do our best to ship your exact order as submitted, however due to stock availability, some items may not ship with your order. You will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for unfulfilled merchandise. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to complete your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability.

Returns are processed shortly after delivery to our warehouse. If it’s been longer than 10 business days (confirm by checking your return shipment tracking), please contact us at hellomammamarketing@gmail.com. You'll receive an email once your return has been processed. Kindly note that once the refund is processed, it could take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to post on your credit or debit card. If your refund is not reflected on your bank card within 10 business days of your refund confirmation, please contact your bank.

No, we only support returns on items purchased on hellomamma. If you purchased our branded product on Amazon, you can request a return through Amazon.

ORDERS

For U.S. orders, taxes may be applicable and vary depending on the shipping destination. For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer's responsibility.
