To begin your FREE return or exchange, visit our returns portal.
At firstly, email us (hellomammamarketing@gmail.com) for returning or exchange. We will provide the best solution based on your situation within 12 hours and assist you in the return or exchange process.

**We can only accept returns for items purchased on hellomamma.us.

Please enter the order number and the order confirmation email or shipping zip code. Then select the item(s) you wish to return. If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, you may select the new size at this time. Alternatively, you can click “Return Item” and select “Store Credit” or a refund to the original form of payment.


Once you click “Submit Return,” you will receive your prepaid FedEx return label. Please affix the label to your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location, and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.


Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. If you have chosen a refund, it will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note we cannot refund shipping charges.


Return Policy


Hellomamma will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit for 30 days from the original purchase date.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal. Hellomamma reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in salable condition. Items that are deemed not salable/ non-Hellomamma products will be discarded. Hellomamma will not send these item(s) back.


In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at hellomammamarketing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All warranty claims are barred if the merchandise was subjected to misuse or improper care. If Hellomamma determines that any returned merchandise is not defective, the item will not be sent back to you and will be considered a return.

If you purchased the product on the website and want to exchange or return it, you can contact us on the website or by email. However, if you purchased the product on our Amazon or other stores, you can go to the store for a refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
